JAZZ ON THE TRINITY
GENERAL ACCESS RULES
1. NO REFUND POLICY. By purchasing ticket (Credentials), customer agrees to “no refund and
no exchanges” policy for ANY REASON. No exceptions. If the event is postponed, Credentials will
be good for the rescheduled event. Poetic Visions has the right to reschedule the postponed event
up to 12 months from the original date of the performance.

A. Poetic Visions does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Any and all payments made
to Jazz on the Trinity are not refundable for any reason, including, without limitations, failure
to use Credentials due to illness, acts of God including communicable diseases such as
COVID-19, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate
purchases. Poetic Visions will not issue refunds or Credentials that have been revoked.

B. Unused Credentials have no monetary value and cannot be credited to a postponed future
years or events. Poetic Visions will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a
discount coupon during the ticket ordering process.
​
C. Lost or stolen Credentials will only be replaced at the discretion of Poetic Visions. In the
event Credentials are lost or stolen, new Credentials will need to be purchased at the full
price in effect at the time for a Participant’s continued access to the Event.
2. These house rules apply to everyone who enters our event Location. In this way together we ensure
a pleasant and safe experience.

3. In this document you can read what you can and cannot bring. Are you unsure about an item? Then
there is a good chance that it will not be allowed inside. Please note: Poetic Visions cannot store
items for you, so please do not bring unnecessary or valuable items. The less you bring the faster
you can enjoy the event!

4. Always follow the instructions of the Jazz on the Trinity team (JOTT) or the authorized persons
designated by JOTT. They are there to help you and others and make everything run smoothly.

5. In situations not covered by these house rules, Poetic Visions may decide to take additional
measures.
Self-reliance, Own risk & Liability
6. Anyone on or in the Location is requested to inform themselves of the escape routes in case there is
an emergency.
​
7. Additional Jazz on the Trinity Policies. Participant has read, understands and agrees to the Terms
of Use, Privacy Policy and RFID Policy applicable to the Event Participant is participating in or
purchasing a Credential to attend, which policies are incorporated heron by this reference.
​
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL JAZZ ON THE TRINITY OR POETIC VISIONS,
LLC BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY PERSONS
INJURY OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS OR OTHER
PECUNIARY LOSS, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
PUNITIVE, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANTS USE OF THE
CREDENTIALS AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENTS, EVEN IF JAZZ ON THE TRINITY HAS
BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. NO WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS MAY BE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS,
PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT AND ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED
IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR OTHERWISE, ARE
MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF SAFETY, OR ANY WARRANTIES
THAT MAY ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING. POETIC VISIONS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY
WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HERIN.

10. Indemnification. Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Jazz on the Trinity and/or Poetic
Visions, LLC and its officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, suppliers, and representatives
harmless from and against any and all claims, demands and all other liabilities, including, without
limitations, costs and attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with
Participant’s use of the registration(s) or Credentials, or any violation of the terms by patron.

11. If necessary, the Location or Poetic Visions can decide to evacuate the Location.
12. Make sure you can always contact your home front in case of emergencies.
​
13. Entering the Location and attending the event are entirely at your own risk. Poetic Visions does not
accept any liability for damage caused by entering the Location or attending the event, such as
hearing, vision and/or other physical damage.
​
14. In or on the Location, you may be exposed to noise levels above 80 dB(A). Wearing hearing
protection is your own responsibility. Poetic Visions advises to use hearing protection to prevent
hearing damage.
​
15. Staying overnight at the Location or in public space is not permitted. The police supervises this and
can take measures against those who do not comply with this rule. On the day of the event, the
doors open at 3pm central time. Of course you are also welcome later in the day. Take your place in
line quietly and listen to the instructions of the security staff.
​
16. Poetic Visions advises visitors under the age of 16 to visit the event together with an adult. Visitors
under the age of twelve (12) do not need a valid ticket.
Identification requirement
17. Throughout the event, identification is required at the Location. Therefore, make sure you always
have a valid ID (driver’s license passport or identity card) with you.
​
18. At the request of, for example, bar staff, security or other authorized persons designated by JOTT,
you must be able to show a valid ID.
Accessibility and Medical Resources
19. Poetic Visions is committed to providing a positive and inclusive experience for all. That is why
extra accessible facilities are available at the Location for visitors with disabilities.
​
20. It is not allowed to bring chairs or stools (foldable or not) to the location.
​
21. Wheelchairs, walkers, mobility scooters and other necessary aids (such as medical crutches, canes)
are allowed, but are not allowed at high-risk places designated by Poetic Visions, such as in front of
a stage.

RULES FOR ACCESS
Entry ticket and admission
22. You can only access the Location on presentation of a valid admission ticket.
Participants must
wear, possess and present their Credentials as follows: wristbands must be worn on patron’s wrist
in plain view and any Jazz on the Trinity issued lanyard around the patron’s neck while participating
in Events. Wristbands must be securely affixed to the patron’s wrist and remain on the patron’s wrist
throughout the event. Digital Credentials must be presented by the patron on a digital device in their
possession. If a Credential is not worn or presented correctly by a patron, Poetic Visions reserves
the right to deny that Participant’s entry into the event.

23. Unfortunately, if you leave the venue during the event, you won’t be able to regain access.
​
24. Stay in the part of the Location that you were granted access to.
​
25. The persons designated by Poetic Visions have the right to deny you access to the Location or
remove you from the Location, without the right to compensation.
​
26. It is not permitted to enter the Location or to be present under the influence of mind-altering
substances.
​
27. During the event, Poetic Visions may make photos and/or video recordings for journalistic or
promotional purposes, without compensations. The processing of personal data by Poetic Visions is
done in accordance with the privacy statement, which can be found on the Poetic Visions website.
Safeguards
​
28. If requested, you are obliged to cooperate in the inspection (search) of personal property.
​
29. You are also obliged to cooperate with checks by means of a superficial touch of clothing, bags,
and or shoes.
​
30. Refusal of any of the above checks may result in you being denied access to the venue, with no
right to a refund or compensation.
​
31. For the safety of visitors and employees, there is camera surveillance on and around the Location.
This is done in accordance with the privacy statement of the administrator of the cameras (Poetic
Visions and or the Location).
